Her trusted Nike, Winged Goddess of Victory lay strung up, bloodied, beaten and perhaps.. dead? A Goddess cannot die.. or could She?.. the looks of a nymph casually caressing a bloodied weapon piercing Nike's defiled womanhood, gave Athena second thoughts.
